Interview with Paul Williams featured in iTunes

The On Songwriting podcast that I produce with my Sodajerker collaborator Brian O’Connor is currently being featured by Apple on the front of the iTunes podcasts homepage in the UK and Europe. They are highlighting an interview we did with Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe winning Hall of Fame songwriter Paul Williams (The Carpenters, Bugsy Malone, The Muppets).

Thanks to Paul for such a fun conversation. We hope you’ll take a listen. You can subscribe to the podcast in iTunes, or just listen to it on our website.

Other recent guests on the show have included Harry Shearer (Spinal Tap, The Simpsons), Don Black (‘Born Free’, ‘Diamonds Are Forever’), Carole Bayer Sager (‘Nobody Does it Better’, ‘That’s What Friends Are For’) and Mike Stock (Stock, Aitken & Waterman). There’s lots more planned, starting tomorrow, when we release episode 37, a chat with Martyn Ware and Glenn Gregory of Heaven 17.

Try it. You might like it.
